Sailor Moon Day

What is Sailor Moon Day?
Sailor Moon Day is a magical day dedicated to one of the most iconic anime heroes of all time—Sailor Moon! Celebrated each year on August 6th, this day honors the series that brought friendship, courage, and a whole lot of sparkle to fans around the world.
It celebrates the beloved universe of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, created by Naoko Takeuchi. The story follows Usagi Tsukino, a regular girl who transforms into Sailor Moon to fight evil, protect the Earth, and—most importantly—never give up on her friends.
Sailor Moon Day is all about channeling your inner hero. Whether you’re rewatching episodes, rocking your favorite character merch, or just feeling a little extra magical, it’s a celebration of being brave, kind, and unapologetically yourself.
